  • Led one of the first US – Chinese SOE / Western joint venture dissolutions, successfully unwinding the JV partnership while preserving government relations thereby permitting a successful re-launch of the business
  •  Executed a private placement within 1 year of acquiring the company, and within 2 years successfully listed the business on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM market
  • As Chairman of the publicly traded company, oversaw 2 successful supplemental stock offerings
  •  As Chairman, implemented a pragmatic growth strategy that grew the business from 35 to 225+ stores over 5 years, with potential for substantial future growth
